Cooking Time: Less than 5 minutes
This dip pairs well with veggies, pita bread, slices of baguette or other crusty breads. Pictured here with oven roasted asparagus and cherry tomatoes. It’s a healthful, low fat dip that is big on flavor.

- Take 2 tbsps of greek yogurt and add 1 tbsp of ground mustard; adjust the ratio based on how sharp or mellow you want the yogurt
- Add 1/2 tsp of cayenne or red chilli pepper, salt & black pepper per taste
- Drizzle 1/4th tsp honey, just enough to balance the spice. Add more if you like a sweeter dip.
- Garnish with a pinch of cayenne or red chilli powder
- Serve with veggies and bread
- Works well for large parties
