What We Like: Only 3 ingredients. Sweet potatoes, avocado oil, sea salt. Seriously…that’s it! Avocado oil is non-inflammatory and a better option for your health compared to some other oils. This is clean eating.
Anytime I have a craving to eat something salty and crunchy, this is one of the go-to options. I will usually pair them with a side of unflavored, unsweet greek yogurt to balance proteins and carbs. The taste is so good though, just a handful are enough to satisfy your taste buds.
Make it a meal! Pair them with a hearty Bagel Sandwich for a full meal or with a couple of Spicy Tea Sandwiches for a lighter meal. Add some berries or mandarin orange to the plate and you are all set!
Watch Out For: Portion Sizes! They are fried chips after all. Enjoy in moderation as part of a well balanced plate.
