Chocolate-Banana-Avocado Pudding

This quick pudding takes just minutes to whip up. Banana, avocado, walnuts and almond milk mixed with Breakfast Essentials. That’s it!

  • To a Vitamix or Blendtec, add 2 medium sized ripe bananas sliced, 1 ripe avocado chopped, 3/4 to 1 cup milk and 2 packets of Breakfast Essentials rich milk chocolate powder.
  • Start with 1/2 cup milk and add more as needed to achieve desired consistency.
  • Blend everything on the ‘Smoothie’ mode.
  • Add a little more milk if it gets too thick and blend with a couple of pulses.
  • Serve fresh topped with walnut pieces.
