Golden Milk with Basil Seeds

  • One large shot glass of milk. Pictured here with almond milk but oat, rice, soy, regular….really any type will work.
  • Add 1 – 2 tsps of overnight soaked basil seeds (holy basil is even better).
  • Add a big pinch of good quality turmeric; add sugar or honey if you like, but we prefer to keep the sweet out.
  • Stir well and bottoms up!
