Asparagus & Carrots with Soy Sauce

Cooking Time: Less than 5 minutes

Probably the easiest recipe on the planet! All it takes is carrots, asparagus & soy sauce.

  • Chop carrot into thin slices
  • Chop off the tough ends of asparagus
  • Drizzle and coat with low sodium soy sauce
  • Microwave for 2 – 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender
  • Sprinkle some coarse ground black pepper and its ready to serve
  • Pictured with unsweetened chocolate almond milk
