Apple & Nut Butter Toast

Sweet, hearty and healthful! The use of mixed nut butter makes it a lot more nutritious than plain peanut butter. This one has the goodness of flax seeds that are high in Omega-3 fatty acids.

  • Choose 2 slices of bread of your choice
  • Spread generous amount of mixed nut butter; we prefer Nuttzo
  • Top with apple slices and a drizzle of organic honey
  • Add other fruit or berries of your choice on the side
  • Goes well with golden milk on the side; we added a pinch of turmeric to unsweetened almond milk
